Journey to the Heart is a 2 ½ Hour workshop, starting out with posture guidance and short meditation sessions. As the time progresses one is drawn into the abode of deep silence and deep peace, using Mantra and centering techniques to support the students going deeper and sitting longer…
One can sit on a mat or a chair. Bring a blanket or shawl and a pillow if you would like. There will be short breaks to move around and stretch.
You experience the sweetness of the heart, the stillness of the heart, which builds a strong foundation for your ongoing practice.
Anyone can join in, no Yoga or Meditation experience necessary...
